The Kids Take Over Part II

My kids often draw me wearing a yellow shirt.

(Sunday Paper, Volume II, Issue 24)

In honor of Father's Day...and my birthday shortly thereafter...I'm taking a little break from the Sunday Paper.

But that doesn't mean you have to take a break from the Sunday Paper!

I'm going to leave you in good hands - not unlike Bil Keane and 'The Family Circus', I'm going to let the kids take over for me while I'm vacationing.

And some other people too...and I'll be back in July.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I'm going to.

This week, we hand the reins over to my 5-year-old daughter...about whom I can only say that for another ten days.

She asked me to edit her writing, which I did, but I'm including this here because it's much cuter. Click to enlarge...and notice 'popsice corse'.

My birthday is June 21. Father's Day is before my birthday.  In school my favorite day is Field Day. My favorite thing to do in Field day is messy backyard and the hoola hoops and when you balanced the ballon on the spoon and the obstacle course and when we had freeze pops.
